Member Services endeavors to assist Cromartie Temple Of Praise (CTOP) ministries in their efforts of ministry work and to be a focal point where both members and visitors can obtain needed information related to the church.

General Information and Inquiries
Baby Dedications
Baby dedications take place on the third Sunday of each month (as needed) during the 11:15 am service. Requests for baby dedications must be received at least one month in advance of the desired date.
Baptism
Baptism service, one of the ordinances of the church, is held on the Fifth Sunday at 5:00 pm.
Benevolence
To receive an application or inquire about the process or status of an application, please contact our church secretary at 910-738-1751.
Bereavement/Comfort
The church provides comfort, aid, and support to members and their families after the loss of a loved one (i.e. spouse, children, parent). Facilities are available for funerals and repasts. Please email your request to the Church Secretary or call 910-738-1751.

Lost and Found
Lost items may be turned in to the Office or an Usher. If you believe you lost an item at the church, please contact the Office at 910-738-1751 or e-mail Member Services. If the owner is identifiable, an attempt will be made to notify the owner. We will retain misplaced items for up to 30 days.
New Member Orientation
New members are required to attend a 4-session orientation that we call First-Timers' Class. In these classes, members are made aware of the history of the church, what we believe, and the scriptural basis for those beliefs. Upon successful completion of these classes, the members are given a membership certificate, and are officially welcomed into the congregation with the "Right Hand of Fellowship".
Facility Reservations
To reserve a facility for a church-related event, please call the Church Secretary at 910-738-1751 or complete the Building Reservation Request Form on the page for Geneva Richardson Fellowship Hall.
Update Your Information
Please help us keep our Membership Records up-to-date by using the Member Update Form to let us know if you have moved, changed telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and/or other contact information.
Transportation Requests
To request transportation to and from church services please fill out the transportation request form with your pick up information. If you are not a regular van rider, requests for a ride to Sunday services must be made by no later than Friday at noon. Requests for a ride to weekly services must be made by noon the day BEFORE the ride is needed. You may also contact member services via email or call 910-738-1751.
Weddings
Couples desiring to have their wedding at CTOP must be scheduled for premarital classes before any dates can be confirmed or marriage services can be provided. Couples must complete ALL premarital classes before a wedding at CTOP. The Weddings Ministry assists members in simplifying their wedding plans; they will work with you and your wedding planner to ensure your wedding activities are successful.
